Lousy service.
1st: the website did not generate a complete receipt listing the items I purchased--only a screen with an order confirmation number and no link to my order, leaving me nothing to submit to our ordering approval dept.
2nd
I received a subsequent phone call trying to get me to add a battery to my order over $100 additional cost!!!! (Same battery sells for about $6 or $7 online). Slimy, hard-sell, RUDE, tactics on the phone--and no mention at that point of original item not being in stock.
3rd
After nearly a week I recieved an email (not a phone call) saying I should contact them to "finish processing my order". A bored-sounding, rude individual with a mouthful of food answered and explains that they haven't sent the original order (which was needed by a specific deadline--too late for that now) because they didn't have it in stock. So I checked the website, and lo and behold--it is STILL listed as IN STOCK--just as it was when I ordignially ordered it!!!!
Don't waste your time on this retailer.
